How Jacqueline helped those who are deaf in her community

Jacqueline’s heart was filled with compassion when she saw how those in her community who are deaf or hard of hearing are often dismissed or even mistreated. She knew this often marginalized group of people needed a place where they could feel safe and experience belonging.
