HOPE International makes sound stewardship a priority. We have received Charity Navigator’s top four-star rating 12 years in a row—something only 1 percent of U.S. nonprofits achieve—and are a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. To best steward HOPE’s resources, it is our board-approved policy to reserve the right to allocate 10 percent of all designated gifts toward administrative expenses.
We suggest consulting a tax accountant to accurately determine the extent to which your donation is deductible. HOPE International is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all gifts to HOPE are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
HOPE spends less than 20 percent of its funds on general and administrative expenses and fundraising. Read HOPE’s most recent annual report for a more detailed breakdown of how HOPE puts your donation to work.
