The Accounting Specialist will support the accounting operations team by processing accounts payable, reviewing and entering expense reports, monthly intercompany journal entries and reconciliations, donation deposits, and month-end accounting tasks. The Accounting Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the data entered into the accounting software is accurate and timely as well as helping to ensure general efficiency of the department. This position will also communicate with staff members across the organization to ensure that expense report timelines are met and expenses are properly categorized for month end close.

The Help Desk Technician’s is responsible to work alongside IT Administrator to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes assisting with receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests.
